Payment & Labor Terms

Payment of your custom mix and custom voice overs must be paid in full prior to us starting your orders. Once payment has been processed we will begin the labor on your custom mix or voice overs. We accept online payments via PayPal .
 

 

Music Production and File Delivery: We work on a first come, first serve basis, so after you have sent us all of the requirements for the mix, 8 count sheets or Video, Order form and payment, you will be next in line for us to work on your music. We want to be fair about how we work on the mix orders, every client is a valued customer! Once your mix is completed, we will send you an mp3 file to the email address that you have provided.

​You have 7 days after your music has been completed to review your mix and have any REVISION EDITS made to your mix for free. After the 7 days have passed, you will have 1 complimentary REVISION EDIT session. Unlimited Mixes do receive 1 reconstruction edit (if needed). Any edits after this are subject to a $50 per hour editing fee. If your edits or revisions are submitted within the 7 day period they are still subject to our standard turnaround time frame.
